"We bought tank top and went for exchange, he didn't exchange because of so called uski Boni nahi hui hai.. shopkeeper is happy to loose old customer satisfaction instead of waiting for any other customer. Poor business ethics.. we as a customer came from a far place to get it returned but his ethics of not exchanging anything before boni made him loose his old customer. This incident of mine happened in Gaur City branch."

"Poor stuff. Once I purchased dress for my kid which had bubbling after first wash, all colour fade. Non sense shop and shop keeper as well. The owner is very rude and ridiculous person. She is a sort of mad lady saying I am paying 2 lakhs rent so i will charge high from all customers otherwise you may get out of the shop. Such a pathetic shop keeper I have never seen. They do not even provide bill. Doesn't deserve one star even."
